What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for global payout products, from initial vision through to execution and iteration.

• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Compliance to build scalable infrastructure that supports diverse markets and payout use cases.

• Use data-driven experimentation and customer insights to optimize products for instant, cost-free global money movement.

The ideal candidate:

• Deep professional experience in payments, payout infrastructure, or complex finance-based products within high-growth environments.

• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving technical, regulatory, and financial constraints.

• Strong strategic thinker who can balance rapid experimentation with the pragmatism required to scale global financial products.
