We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Billing and Operations (Retail) product team. If you’re passionate about designing robust billing processes, streamlining payment flows, and optimizing operational processes, all while diving deep into the details, this is the role for you. You’ll own critical infrastructure that powers our meter to cash lifecycle and customer operations team. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills and strong execution, as you'll work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, customer operations, legal, and other product teams to build scalable, efficient and compliant systems.
