About FLORA

We build creative tools for the new creative class—an intelligent canvas where the best AI models enable professional craft. We're a team of ~20 who recently closed our Series A, backed by investors like Hanabi Capital, Menlo Ventures, Justin Kan, and Gabe Whaley (founder of MSCHF). Our customers include Pentagram, Lionsgate, and Nike.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Collaboration to own the products that make FLORA multiplayer—techniques marketplace, API, MCP, and the features that unlock team and enterprise workflows.

FLORA's thesis is that workflows are the new prompts. Our techniques marketplace is where power users package and share those workflows, creating network effects and a creator economy on top of our platform. Our API and MCP integrations let developers and enterprises embed FLORA into their own systems. Together, these products represent our path to becoming infrastructure for creative AI—not just a tool.

You'll own the full roadmap for this surface area: bootstrapping supply and demand in the marketplace, designing review and curation systems, shaping credit economics for technique purchases, and defining how external developers build on FLORA. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, and our Go-to-Market team to ship features that turn individual users into teams and teams into platform advocates.

This is a senior role with significant ownership. You'll make hard calls on prioritization, define success metrics, and represent the collaboration vision to leadership and the company.

We're looking for people who have

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on marketplace, platform, or API products

  • Experience bootstrapping a marketplace or creator economy—you've solved cold-start problems and know how to cultivate supply while generating demand

  • Familiarity with credit-based or usage-based pricing models—you've thought deeply about unit economics, consumption patterns, and incentive design

  • Experience with app stores, review processes, or content moderation systems—you understand the tradeoffs between openness and quality control

  • Technical depth—you can hold your own in conversations about API design, authentication, rate limiting, and developer experience

  • Strong product instincts and the ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into concrete roadmaps

  • Excellent cross-functional communication—you can align engineering, design, sales, and leadership around a shared vision

Exceptionally strong candidates might also have

  • Direct experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent/tool integration frameworks

  • Experience vibe coding — whether to build internal tooling or design/product prototypes

  • A background in AI-native products or creative tools

  • Experience scaling a techniques/templates/plugins marketplace (Figma, Notion, Zapier, etc.)

  • Familiarity with enterprise purchasing workflows—procurement, SSO, workspace governance

  • A track record shipping developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, documentation, developer portals)

  • Experience at a company that transitioned from product to platform
