Senior Product Manager

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for one of our partners, a leader in the Retail Motor Vehicles field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle — from discovery to launch and iteration. 
• Translate the company's strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps. 
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver scalable, customer-centric products. 
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to define KPIs and measure success. 
• Drive innovation in car financing and fintech integrations. 
• Prioritize features and manage trade-offs across competing needs and deadlines. 
• Mentor associate product managers and contribute to product culture and frameworks. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management — ideally in startups, fintech, or marketplace platforms. 
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products. 
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. 
• Data-driven decision maker with a hands-on approach. 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.  
• Passion for building technology that transforms traditional industries.
