product

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us build customer experiences that actually wow people across every touchpoint.

Our Experience Platform team owns the end-to-end customer journey across all Lemonade products. You'll drive the strategy and execution that makes every interaction feel seamless, consistent, and genuinely helpful. This means turning both the obvious signals and the subtle ones into clear insights, then building the initiatives that raise the bar on customer experience.

In this role you'll

  • Build product strategy for our Experience Platform, focusing on user experiences that scale beautifully

  • Partner with design, engineering, data, and other product teams to set goals and tackle the right problems

  • Spot opportunities for improvement and turn them into prototypes and action plans that move the needle

  • Drive execution of platform initiatives while keeping all product teams aligned and moving forward

  • Define how we measure customer experience success and use that data to optimize everything we build

  • Lead small, agile teams through complex product challenges with clear direction and ownership

  • Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative signals into product decisions that customers actually feel

What you'll need

  • Adaptability, drive, and an efficiency mindset - we believe these matter most in human-AI collaboration

  • 5+ years as a product manager at an established company, with platform experience preferred

  • Strong UX instincts and the ability to see both pixel-level details and big-picture strategy

  • Experience building platform products that serve multiple internal teams and external users

  • B2C or SMB SaaS experience (bonus points, but not required)

  • Outstanding communication skills - you can present complex findings clearly to any audience

  • Self-organized and process-driven approach to managing competing priorities

  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to turn metrics into meaningful product improvements

  • Educational degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week

  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI - a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
