Senior Product Manager - Growth

About the Role   We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Growth who is customer-obsessed. In this role, you will own the outcomes and not just the roadmap. You’ll scale the impact of our merchant growth engine across acquisition, activation/re-activation, retention, upselling, and monetization, transforming complex logistics into elegant, human-first product experiences and ring-fencing our users into Bosta’s eco-system. Our suite of applications connects business merchants, couriers, and customers to facilitate world-class deliveries of parcels, and this has a direct impact on the work and lives of users around the world. As a customer-centric Senior Product Manager, you will develop capabilities that solve real problems and generate business impact, whilst partnering up with stakeholders such as engineering, design & research, strategy, commercial, operations, customer service, finance, and executive management. The broad customer base for this product portfolio means this role will expose you to a wide range of related growth topics, almost all of them of critical importance to the business. Working with your own squad, but often in collaboration with other tech teams, you will serve as an internal/external liaison between the aforementioned stakeholders, building tech solutions that power products which in turn serve millions of customers.
