About this role

As Yubo continues to grow, we are entering a new stage in our growth journey and looking to strengthen our ability to drive user and revenue growth through experimentation and alignment between Product and Marketing.

While our current Growth squad, led by the Head of Growth, has already made solid progress, the absence of a dedicated Product Manager limits our ability to structure experiments, align priorities, and build a cohesive long-term vision.

To accelerate this mission, we are now looking for our Senior Product Manager, a key role focused on building a scalable growth engine through data-informed experimentation, strong cross-team collaboration, and strategic clarity.

You will join the Product Management team and report directly to the CTPO, working closely with Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Data to design, test, and scale impactful product initiatives across the entire user lifecycle.

Your responsibilites

  • Lead product discovery and delivery within the Growth squad to ensure initiatives are valuable for users, viable for the business, and technically feasible.

  • Identify, prioritize, and validate growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

  • Define clear squad outcomes, driving measurable results on ROAS, DAUs, and engagement metrics.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to deliver impactful experiments and product improvements.

  • Align the squad’s roadmap with company-wide strategic objectives and communicate progress transparently to leadership.

  • Build a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making within the Growth squad.

  • Contribute to defining Yubo’s overall growth strategy and vision.

Tools we use

  • Growth experimentation tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Product analytics tools (Amplitude, Looker, Metabase)

  • Collaboration with Data team for campaign tracking and attribution

  • Experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, iterative design)

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a consumer or social product environment.

  • You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in growth or product-led growth contexts.

  • You have strong experience in growth hacking, product discovery, and data literacy.

  • You think in systems and are able to connect product levers with marketing performance and retention metrics.

  • You are comfortable working with data and experimentation to make informed decisions.

  • You’re familiar with growth tools and ad platforms (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, etc.).

  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
