We are looking for a talented Product Manager to own and drive products in our AI powered security product suite. You will work closely with the executive team and other stakeholders across the company to strategize and execute on the product roadmap and own one of our critical products from end to end.

Here’s what you'll do

• Lead the effort to develop clear and compelling product requirements/user stories for new AI products and security products. Develop business justification, prioritize features based on impact, estimate revenue potential, and support scalable delivery within operations teams.
• Collaborate with external customers, partners and internal sales stakeholders to craft a compelling product roadmap that aligns with business strategy and market needs.
• Partner with engineering teams, participate in scrum ceremonies, perform backlog grooming and manage priorities across multiple teams.
• Be data driven. Monitor product adoption, proactively identify opportunities and make actionable recommendations to drive product uptake and efficacy.
• Manage and communicate delivery schedules, goals, and dependencies, drive cross-functional initiatives, and regularly represent status to senior leadership.
• Understand the security market and stay close to competitor offerings. 
• Partner closely with the marketing team to present the products and offerings to the analyst community and other stakeholders to drive product awareness and adoption. 
• Partner with the internal sales team to understand what is resonating with the product(s) and to gather feedback and data. 

Here’s what you’ll need

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Relevant work experience in lieu of a technical degree may be considered. MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in product management including owning a product or large feature set preferably in a B2B environment on a SaaS product.  
• AI Proficiency: Hands on experience deploying AI-driven products with the technical literacy to manage model trade-offs and the strategic oversight to ensure secure and scalable AI adoption.
• 1+ years on a scrappy team in a startup-like, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of setting product vision and translating vision into a product roadmap with demonstrable delivery of shipped products.
• Ability to motivate, lead and influence internal stakeholders and team members. Experienced in working with senior level stakeholders externally and internally. 
• Experienced in working collaboratively with operations, sales and marketing departments and being the voice and owner of the product.
• Strong communicator and listener with both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers.

$150,000 - $180,000 Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
