We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our telematics domain and drive the strategy that powers safer, smarter insurance for millions of customers.
Our Telematics team connects the dots between real driving data and fair pricing! We are working with partners like Tesla to enable Direct to Car integration and provide the best in class customer experience!. You'll own the product strategy for this high-impact domain, collaborating across our Amsterdam and Tel Aviv teams while working directly with our leadership team to shape Lemonade's future.
In this role you'll
Lead product strategy for Lemonade's telematics domain, defining how we use driving data to create better customer experiences and business outcomes
Build the product hands-on - write detailed specs, draft wireframes, and translate complex requirements into actionable development work
Run the squad day-to-day - lead standups, manage sprints, triage bugs, and keep the team moving fast while maintaining quality
Drive complex integrations with automotive partners and third-party APIs, balancing cost, technical feasibility, and customer value
Collaborate closely with data science teams to turn driving insights into product features that matter to customers
Present strategy and progress to executive leadership of Lemonade
Navigate vendor relationships with major automotive companies, providing product input and building strategic partnerships
Define and track KPIs that measure both customer satisfaction and business impact across the telematics experience
Coordinate cross-functional execution between Amsterdam and Tel Aviv teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery
What you'll need
Adaptability, drive, and an efficiency mindset - we believe these matter most in human-AI collaboration
7+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing startup or tech company
Strong technical foundation with APIs, integrations, and third-party systems - you'll work hands-on with complex technical solutions
Experience collaborating with data science teams and understanding how data science processes translate into product features
Excellent presentation and communication skills - you'll regularly present to C-level executives and external partners
Business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and financial considerations
Self-organized and process-driven approach with attention to detail and big-picture thinking
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
