About Us

Togetherwork is a $250M recurring revenue SaaS business with over 33 software applications serving 12+ vertical markets. We exist to help communities, organizations, and businesses thrive by delivering software solutions tailored to their unique needs.

We set a high bar for clarity, collaboration, and execution. While Product & Strategy leaders own portfolio outcomes, our individual contributors are equally critical—bringing curiosity, precision, and accountability to every initiative. Senior individual contributors are expected to operate with broad autonomy, create clarity where none exists, and drive alignment across complex, cross-functional efforts.

We work in deep partnership with Engineering, Revenue, Customer Experience, Operations, and Support, sharing accountability for delivering stable, modern, insight-driven products. Hard work is the norm—not for recognition, but in service of our customers and the long-term health of our company. We embrace innovation, including responsible AI usage, to deepen insight, improve execution, and accelerate impact.

About This Role

Togetherwork is seeking an experienced, highly autonomous Senior Product Manager to lead complex, high-impact product initiatives across our portfolio. In this role, you will own multi-quarter product strategies, shape long-term roadmap direction, and partner deeply with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.

As a senior individual contributor, you will operate with greater independence than a standard Product Manager—using data, customer insight, and market signals to influence direction and outcomes. You will serve as a thought leader across teams, elevate standards for product discovery and delivery, and communicate with clarity and confidence to both internal and external audiences.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, excels at storytelling and influence without authority, and is comfortable representing the product with customers, partners, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap Leadership

Own and evolve multi-quarter strategic product roadmaps aligned to portfolio goals and market opportunities.
Translate complex strategic objectives into clear product themes, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
Identify emerging customer needs, competitive shifts, and market trends to inform new product investments.
Anticipate long-term risks and opportunities, presenting recommendations to Product Leadership.

Product Discovery, Definition & Execution

Lead rigorous product discovery using qualitative research, quantitative data, experimentation, and prototyping.
Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives.
Partner closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, clarity, and timely delivery.
Drive cross-functional decision-making to maintain alignment on priorities, scope, and outcomes.

Customer Experience, VOC & Product Health

Serve as a senior voice of the customer, synthesizing insights into strategic opportunities.
Monitor adoption, performance, and product health metrics; define corrective actions when needed.
Champion customer delight by embedding quality, usability, and accessibility into all decisions.
Lead customer interviews, advisory councils, and structured feedback loops for major initiatives.

Launch Readiness & Go-to-Market Enablement

Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support on launch planning for high-visibility releases.
Develop compelling value narratives, feature positioning, enablement materials, and customer messaging.
Ensure internal teams and external stakeholders are prepared and confident ahead of launches.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication

Communicate roadmap direction, insights, progress, and risks with clarity, confidence, and transparency.
Influence leaders and peers using data-driven storytelling and strong product narratives.
Build durable relationships across Engineering, Sales, CX, and Operations to drive shared accountability.
Collaborate with product leadership on portfolio-wide strategic initiatives.

External Engagement

Represent Togetherwork in customer, partner, and industry conversations as needed.
Participate in conferences, customer meetings, and research events.
Bring external insights back into the organization to meaningfully shape product strategy.

AI Fluency & Innovation

Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, research synthesis, segmentation, and analysis.
Use AI to prototype ideas, validate hypotheses, and improve workflow efficiency.
Model responsible, ethical AI usage for peers and cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

5–7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS or software products.
Demonstrated success building and executing multi-quarter product strategies.
Experience operating in multi-product, cross-functional environments with senior stakeholders.

Skills & Capabilities

Strong customer research, product analytics, and experiment design expertise.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive and customer presentations.
Deep experience with backlog management, requirements development, and end-to-end delivery.
Hands-on collaboration with Product Owners, Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Comfort representing the product externally with customers and partners.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product workflows or outcomes (preferred).

Mindset

Analytical, decisive, collaborative, and relentlessly customer-focused.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and creating clarity in complex situations.
