We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of residential projects using Intelligent City’s prefabricated mass timber building systems.  This role oversees design assist, coordination, delivery, and financial management, while serving as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and internal teams. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, strategic leadership, and problem-solving skills to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. Regular in-person presence, is required at our Delta, BC manufacturing facility and trave to and from sites and meetings.
