About the Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help drive operational excellence and performance accountability across Customer Success and Delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a management consulting background (3–5 years) who thrives in structured problem-solving, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration—and is ready to take on an internal, high-impact role shaping how the business runs day to day.
As part of the Performance Management function, you’ll work closely with VPs and senior leaders to translate strategy into action, monitor execution against key goals, and ensure teams are delivering on their commitments. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, create visibility into outcomes, and help drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
A Day in the Life
- Partner with Customer Success, Product and Delivery VPs to manage the operating rhythm of the business—reviews, planning cycles, and key initiatives.
- Support the Performance Management framework by tracking OKRs, KPIs, and strategic priorities, and by ensuring consistent reporting and follow-through.
- Drive execution of cross-functional programs by coordinating deliverables, owners, and timelines across multiple teams.
- Prepare executive-level materials—program updates, dashboards, and leadership presentations—to inform decisions and drive alignment.
- Identify operational gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions to improve speed and quality of execution.
- Facilitate governance meetings, synthesize outcomes, and ensure actions and risks are owned and resolved.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders—confidently engaging, influencing, and challenging where needed.
- Bring a consulting-level rigor to project structure, communication, and storytelling that elevates team performance and visibility.
What You Need
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, or program management, ideally within healthcare or technology.
- Strong communicator with executive presence—able to influence senior leaders and distill complex information into concise, actionable insights.
- Analytical, structured, and proactive—you excel at connecting strategy to execution and keeping multiple workstreams moving forward.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing big-picture thinking with tactical execution.
- Passionate about performance management and operational excellence, and eager to help shape how a high-growth company measures success and scales impact.
- Excited to move from PowerPoint to ownership, gaining visibility and influence in a role that directly drives how Innovaccer executes and grows.
