Role Summary:

We’re excited to be supporting our client, a leading technology company. You are the operational backbone of their physical retail presence across the APAC & India region predominantly. You bridge the gap between Global Strategy and Local Execution, ensuring that every fixture, launch asset, and experiential activation arrives on time, on budget, and on brand. You will act as the guardian of retail consistency, managing complex workflows with global/regional creative teams and regional retail partners to deliver premium consumer experiences.


Role: 

  • End-to-end program management: Orchestrate the full lifecycle of retail projects—from resource planning and risk mitigation to final delivery—across 1P (Brand Stores) and 3P (Partner Retailers).
  • Asset localisation & delivery: Own the adaptation and delivery of global launch toolkits (demos, artwork, copy) for physical stores, ensuring 100% accuracy for local markets.
  • Partner asset management: Build and maintain regional retail playbooks, manage partner asset sharing through Partner Marketing Hub. Run partner onboarding programs to guide partners on launch asset adaptation and execution.
  • Fixture & Demo delivery: Manage the development of regional shop-in-shop (SIS) programs, bespoke fixtures and enhanced demos. Collaborate with global and regional creative partners and fabrication vendors to control quality, prototyping, and installation costs.
  • Retail activation: Lead the production logistics for experiential pop-ups and retail events. oversee agency partners from concept through fabrication to tear-down.
  • Swag production: Lead the production logistics for swags, oversee agency partners from concept through production and delivery in-market.
  • AI tool adoption & process optimisation: Develop and optimise process and creative workflows that integrate new AI tools, supporting internal teams and external partners on modern, automated ways of working.
  • Process optimisation: Continuously refine the launch asset workflow. Implement tools and systems (Smartsheet) to improve collaboration and reduce administrative churn.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 + years of experience in retail, merchandising and/or omnichannel marketing and creative production is highly preferable. 
  • Deep technical knowledge of print production and fabrication is highly preferred.
  • Strong program management capabilities and highly organised, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and partnership capacity. Detail-orientation is required. Expert in project management methodologies (Smartsheet) and tools. You love a well-organised spreadsheet and methodically maintain trackers.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
  •  Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy work environment.
  • Demonstrate experience or strong aptitude for integrating AI tools into project workflows. Familiarity with Google AI tools will be highly favourable.
  • High energy and go-getter attitude coupled with a flexible mindset, teamwork and dedication to the project success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
