Senior QA engineer - Hybrid QA (Javascript + Test Rail)

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer (Javascript + Test Rail) to join our team. 

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for web applications.
• Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Ensure high quality standards across the full testing lifecycle.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects until resolution.
• Actively contribute to UAT activities and business validation.
• Maintain and manage test cases in TestRail.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Support and extend test automation activities where applicable.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinements, retrospectives).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
• Ensure testing coverage for configuration-based, IoT, or energy-related systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• JavaScript (medium to expert level).
• Strong background in Manual Testing.
• Hands-on experience with TestRail.
• Test Case Design & Execution.
• Exploratory & Regression Testing.
• Defect Reporting & Tracking.
• Requirements Analysis.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Additional Information

Nice to Have

• Java programming (used with Serenity).
• Test Automation experience.
• Previous exposure to: Energy Management projects., IoT environments, configuration-based projects.
