Senior QA/SQA Engineer | Automation & Manual Testing, API, Web & Mobile

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer who can own and drive both manual and automation testing. This is not just about following test cases — you will be building, optimizing, and executing test strategies that ensure speed, accuracy, and reliability for our global AI-powered KYC platform. You will work closely with development teams to catch issues early, automate repetitive validations, and deliver high-quality releases in our high-paced, client-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for API, web, and mobile testing.
• Plan, execute, and document test cases for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproducible steps.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure defects are resolved quickly.
• Optimize test coverage for speed without compromising quality.
• Conduct performance, security, and regression testing.
• Maintain test data, environments, and documentation.
• Continuously improve QA processes to reduce testing cycles and increase reliability.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in QA roles, with both automation and manual testing experience.
• Strong skills in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience in API testing with tools like Postman, Newman, or RestAssured.
• Proficiency in a scripting/programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar) for test automation.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing.
• Manual testing expertise for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills to isolate root causes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing high-availability, large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, Locust, etc.).
• Exposure to security and compliance testing (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Experience in testing AI/ML-driven products.
• Have QA related certifications.
