Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle to monitor compliance.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality performance for stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers and team members.
- Stay updated on industry standards and changes in quality regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and relevant standards.
- Proven experience leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
