Senior quality engineer

Objectives

1. Quality responsible ( QR role ) for trade goods project
2. Supplier quality management ( PUQ role ) – supplier audit and product release ( YBFR and accessory ).
3. Handling quality complaint system CAR and PSS ( YBFR and accessory )
4. Product quality continue improvement ( PDCA )
5. Quality report and maintain GRD system / WRR_ib / EDC / RMA analysis ( YBFR and accessory )

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• A Master's degree in Engineering is required for this position.
• Substantial experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control is essential.
• Proven track record in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects or manufacturing environments is necessary.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of ODM/EMS processes and NPI procedures is crucial.
• In-depth knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk management principles is expected.
• Proficiency in quality engineering tools and methodologies is required.
• Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts is highly valued.

Certifications:

• Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) are strongly preferred.
• Additional certifications like Certified Quality Manager (CQM) will be considered favorably.

Language Proficiency:

• Intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
• Advanced level of Chinese language skills is essential.
