Notre client est une biotech innovante et en forte croissance, financée par du capital-risque. Spécialisée dans le développement de thérapies ciblées et forte d’un financement récent, l’entreprise accélère son développement.

Nous recherchons un.e Chef.fe de projet senior.e en recherche, rôle essentiel dans la gestion des opérations scientifiques et le développement interne de son pipeline. La personne recrutée travaillera étroitement avec les équipes exécutive, scientifique et opérationnelle, afin de garantir la livraison des actifs principaux.

Vos missions

• Gestion de plusieurs projets de recherche thérapeutiques internes, de la découverte jusqu’à la préparation des documents liés aux dépôts réglementaires (IND/CTA)
• Collaboration avec les équipes de recherche et les partenaires externes pour suivre la conception des programmes, définir les échéances et fixer les budgets
• Suivi des principales étapes, des échéanciers et des budgets tout en attribuant les tâches à l’interne et aux sous-traitants (CRO, CDMO).
• Pro-action sur les décisions (Go/No Go) concernant les programmes pour qu'elles soient prises au bon moment, en prenant en compte les besoins du programme, tout en assurant une bonne communication avec les membres de l’équipe
• Participation au recrutement et à la construction des équipes transversales pour préparer des dossiers de série A+ et d’autres financements futurs
• Collaboration avec les équipes financière et scientifique pour produire les prévisions de dépenses, ainsi que les rapports mensuels sur les dépenses de recherche et sur les progrès scientifiques des programmes.
• Préparation de demandes de subvention (ex: PARI CNRC) ainsi que les crédits d’impôt (programme SRDE), en collaboration avec l’équipe scientifique
• Préparation et définition selon les besoins clients des licences de produits et plateformes

Votre profil

• BSc dans une discipline pertinente en biologie ou équivalent, préférablement un MSc/PhD
• 4 ans minimum d’expérience en gestion de projets de recherche sur les anticorps ou les petites molécules thérapeutiques, de la découverte à l’IND/CTA
• Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets impliquant plusieurs partenaires internes/externes, y compris des CRO
• Maîtrise de logiciels de gestion de projet, tels qu’Asana, et l’intégration à d’autres systèmes tells que Quickbooks, Slack, et Gsuite
• Maîtrise des concepts financiers fondamentaux (ex: comptes de résultats, bilans, écarts budgétaires, flux de trésoreries)
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
• Fortes aptitudes relationnelles, communicationnelles, organisationnelles
• Capacité à mobiliser et aligner ses collègues sur la vision stratégique d’entreprise afin de faciliter la prise de décision

Our client is an innovative, fast-growing biotech company financed by venture capital. Specializing in the development of targeted therapies and backed by recent funding, the company is accelerating its growth.

We are looking for a Senior Research Project Manager, a key role in managing scientific operations and the internal development of its pipeline. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive, scientific, and operational teams to ensure the delivery of key assets.

Your missions

• Managing multiple internal therapeutic research projects, from discovery to the preparation of regulatory filing documents (IND/CTA)
• Collaborating with research teams and external partners to monitor program design, define deadlines, and set budgets
• Monitoring key milestones, timelines, and budgets while assigning tasks internally and to subcontractors (CRO, CDMO)
• Proactive approach to program decisions (Go/No Go) to ensure they are made at the right time, taking into account program needs, while ensuring good communication with team members
• Participation in the recruitment and building of cross-functional teams to prepare Series A+ filings and other future funding
• Collaborate with the financial and scientific teams to produce expenditure forecasts and monthly reports on research expenditures and scientific progress of programs
• Prepare grant applications (e.g., NRC-IRAP) and tax credits (SR&ED program) in collaboration with the scientific team
• Prepare and define product and platform licenses according to customer needs

Your profile

• BSc in a relevant field of Biology or equivalent degree required, preferably an MSc/PhD
• Minimum 4 years' experience in managing research projects on antibodies or small therapeutic molecules, from discovery to IND/CTA.
• Proven experience in managing projects involving multiple internal/external partners, including CROs.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana, and integration with other systems such as Quickbooks, Slack, and Gsuite.
• Proficiency in fundamental financial concepts (e.g., income statements, balance sheets, budget variances, cash flows).
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mobilize and align colleagues around the strategic vision of the company to facilitate decision-making.
