Senior Sales Executive

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies and action plans for the ASEAN region.

  • Provide comprehensive sales support and professional advice to existing customers.

  • Coordinate and support key customer projects in alignment with company strategy and direction.

  • Analyse and evaluate customer needs, market trends, and requirements, including support for new product development initiatives.

  • Create, implement, and maintain effective account management processes and customer-specific action plans.

  • Support and participate in price negotiations in coordination with the Head of Business.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements, delivery timelines, and quality expectations are met.

  • Support achievement of sales targets, gross margin, and collection objectives as defined in the annual budget.

  • Ensure product complaints at customer sites are followed up and resolved in accordance with company procedures.

  • Participate in sales budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Technical Studies, or related field; alternatively, equivalent qualifications or relevant experience in the industrial coatings sector.

  • Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to customer needs.

  • Fluent in business communication, with good proficiency in English.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Strong sales orientation with good negotiation skills.

  • High level of self-motivation and initiative.

  • Goal and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Additional Information

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a B2B sales environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with staff and management at all levels.

  • Able to perform well under pressure, manage conflict professionally, and meet strict deadlines while handling multiple tasks.

  • Willing and comfortable to travel frequently.

  • Industry experience is an advantage, particularly product knowledge in coatings for plastic substrates.
