Requirements

• SPC Certified
• Ideally energy industry experience
• Previous 2-3 transition projects within large firms moving from traditional waterfall processes into Scaled Agile.
• Ability to spend time in the office to coach and support the team through the transition.
• Ability to support implementation of Agile Release Train and preparation for the first PI planning.
