Senior Scrum Master

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master. As a servant-leader, you’ll facilitate key ceremonies, remove obstacles, and nurture a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-value solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

How you'll contribute:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives)
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization
• Identify and remove impediments impacting the team’s progress
• Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized
• Track and report on Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint burndown)
• Promote continuous improvement through regular feedback loops
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and company standards
• Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams
• Support project management to define scope and timelines for projects.
• Interfaces with management to report on project status, progress, and program milestones

Must have:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
• Scrum Master certifications are a plus (CSM, PSM)
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field experience
• Worked with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
• Experience with agile techniques, artifacts, and tools (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement, test automation, CI/CD, Jira, confluence, git)
• Solid technical foundation in software development, fintech experience is a plus
• Exposure to developing multi-tier SaaS or cloud applications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong English skills (written and verbal) – ability to lead discussions, write clear documentation, and interact with international stakeholders
