What The Role Involves?
We’re hiring a Senior SEO Specialist to own, rebuild, and scale our organic growth engine. This is not a maintenance role. The organic channel once worked - it doesn’t today and we need someone who can take full ownership, connect SEO directly to revenue, and win visibility not just on Google, but across answer engines and AI search.
If you’ve shipped, broken, fixed, and scaled SEO systems, and you’re excited about AI, automation, and AEO - this role is for you. Strong performance here opens a fast track to an SEO Lead role within ~12 months.

What Your Impact Will Look Like:

  • Own organic growth like a business - traffic, conversions, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Diagnose what broke in the organic channel and ship a clear turnaround plan.
  • Build and execute modern SEO strategy across tech, content, and authority.
  • Run deep technical SEO audits and actually get fixes shipped.
  • Make us win on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) : Increase visibility across AI search, LLMs, featured snippets, and zeroclick surfaces. Structure content for answers, entities, topical authority, and trust (EEAT).
  • Create and scale content that ranks and converts (not vanity traffic).
  • Actively experiment with AI tools for SEO - research, content, optimization, internal linking.
  • Build or leverage n8n workflows to automate SEO ops, reporting, and experiments.
  • Build dashboards that show business impact, not just keyword movement.
  • Stay ahead of SEO, AEO, and AI search shifts - and move faster than competitors
  • What You’ll Bring To The Team:

  • 4–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-intent products.
  • Has owned SEO outcomes, not just executed tasks.
  • Can clearly tie SEO work to revenue, signups, demos, or pipeline.
  • Strong at technical SEO and audits - and knows how to prioritize what actually matters.
  • Understands where SEO is going: AI search, answer engines, zero-click results.
  • Has experimented with AI tools and automation (bonus if you’ve used n8n).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and accountability.
  • Builder mindset > “best practices” mindset
  • Bonus points if you’ve:
  • Revived a declining organic channel.
  • Built programmatic SEO systems.
  • Mentored others or led SEO initiatives
