Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Delivery Manager with fluent German skills to coordinate service delivery, support technical planning, and manage the operational scope of assigned services. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and customers.
Key accountabilities
Service Coordination & Delivery
Contribute to the professional coordination of multiple production units and act as the primary interface to Service Delivery Management (SDM) for the assigned service scope.
Provide technical and content-related support in creating operational and technical concepts, including cost estimation for SDM.
Support SDM in commissioning activities and service cost optimization.
Optimize service components to achieve target cost levels and improve service quality.
Align operational planning and forecasting activities with SDM.
Operational Service Management
Actively participate in incident, problem, change, and escalation management for the assigned service portfolio.
Provide recommendations for service portfolio consolidation and standardization, including defining and refining KPIs.
Support SDM with technical expertise for existing customers in day-to-day operations.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in small customer projects from initiation and planning to implementation, controlling, and closure.
Contribute to the continuous development, optimization, and application of methods and procedures within OS Service Management.
Education & Experience
Master’s degree or diploma with relevant professional experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Proven experience in IT service management, technical service delivery, or similar roles.
Technical Skills
Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Services, Azure, and M365.
Solid understanding of the OS service portfolio or willingness to acquire it.
Basic business knowledge, including the ability to prepare business cases and perform offer/product calculations.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2600 € /brutto.
