Aspire Software is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Lebanon.

Role Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own day-to-day operations and reliability of our Azure-based infrastructure and core cloud platform. You’ll be the primary DevOps/SRE resource responsible for platform availability, automation, and operational readiness across networking, certificates, secrets, and compliance tooling. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role best suited for someone who thrives in hybrid environments, can troubleshoot across layers, and enjoys improving processes through automation and documentation. You’ll work with a junior teammate and coordinate with external vendors, but you’ll be the lead for systems reliability and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate a production cloud platform running on Azure and Cloud Foundry (or comparable tools).
- Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and stability improvements across infrastructure and platform components.
- Own certificate and secrets lifecycle management (e.g., TLS automation, CredHub/Vault workflows).
- Automate common operational tasks using Bash and/or PowerShell; support infrastructureas-code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Troubleshoot across Azure networking, RHEL/Windows servers, and orchestration platforms.
- Support PCI and other compliance activities (technical control implementation, audit support, remediation tracking).
- Maintain runbooks and documentation to enable repeatable operations and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, junior staff, and vendor partners to support systems health and uptime
Requirements
- 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles supporting production environment
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, or Docker in a production environment (Cloud Foundry preferred).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (networking, compute, IAM, and monitoring).
- Strong Linux (RHEL preferred) systems administration experience; comfort with Windows Server is a plus.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash scripting.
- Solid understanding of TLS/PKI workflows (cert management, validation, rotation).
- Experience managing incidents end-to-end and performing root cause analysis.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience with BOSH, CredHub, Vault, or similar infrastructure tooling.
- Exposure to PCI or other compliance frameworks and audit cycles.
- Familiarity with VPN gateways, DNS management, or email infrastructure (SMTP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Experience operating in Git-driven, automation-heavy workflows
