About the Company A fast-growing, established organization in the media and communications sector is seeking a senior-level Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to lead content strategy, oversee brand consistency, and manage online engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and experienced in executing thoughtful, data-driven campaigns. This role requires someone confident under pressure, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prepared to answer in-depth, scenario-based questions about strategy, analytics, and creative decisions. You’ll be collaborating directly with senior leadership — a hands-on, detail-oriented manager who values initiative, structure, and clear communication. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Management Develop and implement multi-platform content strategies that align with brand voice and goals. Manage daily posting schedules and campaign calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Research industry trends and audience insights to propose new, creative ideas for engagement. Oversee social media copywriting, visual coordination, and overall message consistency. Analytics & Performance Track engagement, impressions, and campaign performance using analytics tools. Prepare weekly or monthly reports summarizing KPIs and ROI, providing actionable insights. Optimize content and posting strategy based on performance metrics. Collaboration & Communication Work directly with the client and internal teams to ensure all marketing deliverables meet deadlines. Collaborate with designers, writers, and operations to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Act as the primary point of contact for social media inquiries, partnerships, and sponsored content. Administrative & Platform Management Maintain and organize content assets and approvals via Dropbox, Air table, or Google Drive. Manage tracking sheets, content calendars, and campaign documentation. Handle ad-hoc requests including competitor research, reporting, and light administrative support.
