One of RippleMatch’s partners is looking for mission-driven full-stack engineers based in New York. 

What You’ll Do

• Own large product areas end-to-end: from discovery and architecture to implementation, launch, and iteration.
• Build AI-enhanced workflows that streamline complex government processes (permitting, licensing, customer service).
• Ship polished front-end experiences and reliable back-end services with thoughtful APIs and data models.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to deeply understand problems and translate them into great product.
• Champion engineering best practices (testing, observability, security) and contribute to a high-velocity culture.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience building production applications.
• Excited to build with the latest AI models and to use AI to accelerate your own developer workflow.
• Have owned meaningful features/areas end-to-end in a modern web stack.
• Strong product mindset—you ask great questions, sweat UX details, and care about outcomes.
• Bias to action and learning; you’d rather have a challenging adventure than “rest and vest.”
• You align closely with our core values (ownership, curiosity, speed, and integrity).
