Responsibilities
Create offerings that leverage the profit validators gain, while creating offerings for searchersDevelop and implement strategies to optimize performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions Provide insight on best practices working with validators an traders in regards to ETHWork on special data analysis projects, as needed
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems3+ years experience in Blockchain in general2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBSExperience in trading Expertise using Go languageStrong communication and problem solving skills Creative, independent, can do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities and a great team playerAbility to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)
