We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Clinical Platform domain (B2B oriented) in Levallois-Perret.
As a Senior Software Engineer, your mission will be to work on improving the document classification module, which is at the core of our product and used by thousands of practitioners every day. You will be working in a feature team developing innovative solutions that streamline healthcare professionals' daily operations and improve patient care.
Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features that improve healthcare access for patients
- Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application
- Bring your expertise to help us continuously improve the way we design, implement, test and monitor high-quality features
- Improve the performance of key features implemented in React (TypeScript/Javascript) and Ruby on Rails
- Work with the team on the definition of the migration strategy to the new backend technical stack in Java/Kotlin

- Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.
- Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native.
- We leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals.
Who you are

- You have at least 6/7 years of software engineering experience. Our stack is React, Ruby on Rails and Java/Kotlin. We welcome and value strong experience in Java/Kotlin
- You are proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learn
- You have a "user first" mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users, through secure, well-tested and pragmatic code
- You are very focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing culture
- You are eager to share your knowledge and help the team grow by pair programming and mentoring
