Your mission
UiPath is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer who will play a critical role in demonstrating and architecting solutions which ensure our customers succeed in using our UiPath business automation platform. As a key member of our Solution Engineering team in France, you will be responsible for creating and delivering custom and deep-dive demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical sales collateral to help scale our Agentic Vision.
What you'll do at UiPath
Getting involved with the most strategic deals
Enabling & mentoring our field Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Technical Partner Managers, UiPath customers and prospects, and strategic partners
Tracking technical and business sales opportunity details and helping the field teams develop customer success and close plans
Pairing up and partnering closely with the sales team in the industry/vertical(s) of interest, knowledge and need
Collaborating with the UiPath product and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap and messaging based on lessons from the field, customer, and partners
Leading workshops and executive meetings with the field account teams for customers and prospects with and without partners
Presenting at key virtual webinars, summits, lunch and learns and physical events, conferences, symposiums, etc.
Creating and delivering standardized & custom demos, deep dives, and building collateral based on field observations which help scale our Agentic Automation business
Designing and demonstrating agentic orchestration scenarios that showcase multi-agent collaboration, intelligent workflow routing, and autonomous decision-making capabilities
Assisting occasionally with review and responses to Requests for Information, Proposals, or Quotes (RFI, RFP, or RFQ)
Providing active feedback, guidance, and delivery of training and enablement
What you'll bring to the team
5+ years' experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales, consulting and/or business development preferably with a UiPath background and/or AI solutions
Experience with enterprise software products and solutions
Exemplary communication skills. You love to educate and have a history of success in doing so
Ability to articulate the value proposition of agentic process automation versus traditional RPA, demonstrating ROI through process optimization, intelligent routing, and autonomous decision-making
Experience with orchestration patterns including agent coordination, state management, human-in-the-loop workflows, and multi-agent collaboration strategies
Understanding of BPM methodologies (BPMN 2.0, process mining, task mining) and ability to map business processes to agentic automation workflows would be a plus
