Senior Staff Engineer, Java

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience: 10+ years in Java development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux
• Solid experience in LLD & HLD and system design
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
• Strong cloud experience with Azure (AWS acceptable)
• Experience with DevSecOps and secure coding practices
• Proficiency in NoSQL (Couchbase/MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills 
• Experience with Splunk
• Experience with New Relic

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop scalable Java microservices
• Create and review LLD & HLD for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards
• Participate in release reviews, demos, and design discussions
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
