Senior Staff Engineer (Servicenow)

Requirement:

• Experience : 7.5+ Years
• Work closely with Enterprise Architecture team to prepare Application Rationalization Strategy / transformation roadmap plan for countries / domain applications based on the 3-5 years rolling plan and ensure the relevant application and roadmap information are well maintained in ServiceNow APM module and App Rationalization Excel Sheet
• Responsible to lead & coordinate with Market & Application Portfolio Reps, IT SMEs on a weekly-monthly basis for alignment of Application Rationalization Strategy / Transformation Roadmap & Target Solution based on the Enterprise Architecture Strategy
  Monitor & Maintain the Application / Roadmap Status information on a daily-weekly basis in ServiceNow APM module and App Rationalization Sheet based on the feedback received from the Markets / Domain SME or Architects
• Maintain the Application Rationalization Power BI dashboard on a weekly basis to reflect the up-to-date status of Apps
•  Rationalization Strategy / transformation for NASAPMEN Markets / Domain
• Generate Application Rationalization Monthly and Quarterly Reports across the NASAPMENA Markets and Domains.
• Continuously review the improvement opportunity to optimize the Application Rationalization Excel Sheet (E.g.Formula, Scripts) and Power BI dashboard (E.g.Visualization)
• Experience with the application portfolio management including analyzing application usage, costs, performance and business value to inform decision making preferably using enterprise level business suite (E.g. ServiceNOW)
• Experience on management of application portfolio information using enterprise level business suite  ServiceNOW Knowledge would be a PLUS
• Experience and knowledge in CPG industry, including application inventory or portfolio across application & technologies linked to Omni-Channel Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain business processes and capabilites.

Responsibility

• Ability to create powerful presentation that can communicate application portfolio, landscape and roadmap information effectively and efficiently to both technical and non-technical management and staff.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel with formula functions, pivot tables and building charts & graphs

• Experience with Power BI to design and maintain dashboard to clearly visualize key metrics 
  Demonstrated ability to work individually with with a passion and enthusiasm for technology
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and very effective, project management, time management skills. Proven ability to influence people indirectly, work with people in multi-functional roles, and success in being a driver of change
• Able to manage towards both short term goals and long-term goals. Project management and process experience including the ability to accurately estimate resources, timeframe, and budgets needed for projects and deliverables
• Fluency in English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
