What You’ll Do
- Own the Blueprint: Act as a high-impact advisor to Engineering leadership. You don’t just take orders; you shape strategy by bringing deep market intelligence and a "product-manager" mindset to the hiring process. You will identify and solve department-level process bottlenecks. You’ll design your own goals and KPIs, building new frameworks that prioritize recruiting outcomes and long-term scalability.
