About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Senior Technical Recruiter to take full ownership of hiring for our Engineering, DevOps, Data, and other technical teams. You’ll be the go-to partner for our tech leaders—helping shape hiring plans, building strong pipelines, and creating a smooth candidate experience from first chat to offer.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Run the full recruitment process end-to-end—from kick-off to offer—across a wide range of technical roles.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders to understand needs, design hiring strategies, and keep everything moving.

  • Build high-quality pipelines using creative sourcing, market mapping, and targeted outreach.

  • Own the candidate experience, making sure every step feels clear, respectful, and fast.

  • Keep hiring data clean and useful; share insights with stakeholders so we can move smarter and faster.

  • Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and help shape a consistent, fair evaluation process.

  • Support employer branding efforts and represent the company in tech communities, events, and online spaces.

  • Stay plugged into market trends across Europe and the UAE—comp, talent pools, tools, and what great companies are doing.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or a mix).

  • Strong track record hiring for Engineering, DevOps, Data, and other tech roles.

  • Advanced sourcing skills — you know how to find great talent beyond the obvious places.

  • Confidence managing multiple roles at once without dropping quality.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; you can push back, align, and influence when needed.

  • Experience hiring across Europe.

  • A “get things done” mindset, with high ownership and a bias for action.
