We invite a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to a high-impact project focused on modernizing legacy systems for a leading healthcare cost-containment platform that offers affordable health insurance plans for self-insured employers, third-party administrators, commercial payers, and claim auditors. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.

✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA automation within .NET/C# environments
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and data validation
- Experience designing, creating, executing, and documenting automated test cases
- Strong C# proficiency and familiarity with common test automation frameworks
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server)
- Hands-on experience in unit/integration testing and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Solid knowledge of SDLC/STLC in Agile
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other data-heavy domains

In this role, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of backend systems by designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive automated tests.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for backend systems using .NET and C#
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to define test scenarios and requirements
- Analyze test results and ensure automated coverage meets expectations
- Document test cases, results, and automation processes clearly
- Participate in code reviews and help enhance testing standards and automation frameworks
