Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Utilize agile methodologies to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing product designs. Translate complex product requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

Tool Proficiency: Mastery over essential design tools and software. Must be adept at using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Experience with Framer is a plus.

Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to conceptualize and prototype feature designs. Your ability to translate ideas into tangible designs will be crucial.

User Experience Focus: Develop interaction models, screen designs, user task flows, and detailed UI elements. Ensure the user experience is front and center in every design aspect.

Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in UI design, techniques, and technologies. Incorporate contemporary design thinking into every project.

Documentation: Strong inclination towards reading and understanding product documents to ensure alignment with design objectives.

Quality and Detail: Pay meticulous attention to typography, layout, and information hierarchy, ensuring high-quality visual communication.

Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Jira, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Trello is mandatory.

Additional Skills: Experience with Adobe XD and Sketch. Knowledge of Framer is advantageous but not required.
