Things are heating up fast, and we’re gearing up for some exciting new work ahead! We’re looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer who’s ready to jump in when projects launch. This is a remote freelance role, averaging around 20 hours per week, with flexibility during business hours based on client and project needs.

About You:
You are a Senior-level UX designer with solid UI craft. You command a room without steamrolling it - facilitating workshops, handling live Q&A, and holding boundaries with empathy to guide better outcomes. You think on your feet, collaborate like a boss, and love turning ambiguity into clear decisions.
About the Position:
Working alongside our talented team, you will lead and contribute to design outcomes across client engagements. This role is client-facing and consultative: you’ll frame problems, facilitate discovery and testing, present recommendations, and help unblock teams. You are always evolving, staying current on digital trends and apply responsible AI to improve delivery without compromising privacy or quality.

Compensation
Target Hourly Rate Range: $75.00-$85.00/hour CAD (*based on benchmarking for our Vancouver location - subject to change based on location and experience)

Where our team members are located is crucial for operational efficiency, client service, and compliance with provincial legislation.
