SEO Manager

• Lead the development and execution of innovative SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets for the company's online printing brands are met.
• Conduct thorough SEO audits and collaborate with the engineering team to implement technical enhancements.
• Build, analyze, and maintain quality backlinks while understanding diverse linking strategies.
• Oversee the entire process from keyword auditing and research to reporting, providing actionable insights to the Content team for effective content creation.
• Educate internal teams on SEO best practices and foster collaboration across departments.
• Generate regular reports analyzing SEO performance and its business impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to refine strategies.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, MOZ, and AHREFs.
• In-depth understanding of search engine mechanics and ranking factors.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective SEO strategies that yield measurable results.
• Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in educating and engaging teams.
• Excellent project management abilities, showcasing strong organizational skills.
• Highly analytical, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
