About the role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, providing exceptional service to internal colleagues. You’ll resolve hardware and software issues, manage IT assets, and ensure our London office runs smoothly. Your proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills will help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT incidents and service requests, meeting SLAs and ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain and manage IT equipment, stock, and asset registers
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
- Administer and maintain approved software systems, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and more
- Apply updates, security patches, and configuration changes to systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document system configurations and maintain accurate records
- Support meeting room technology and provide VIP support for the Leadership team
- Engage in continual process improvement and contribute to service reporting and KPI analysis
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and respond to security alerts
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive, accountable, and customer-focused
- Experience providing high-quality IT support, especially with Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of digital product architecture and troubleshooting web/network issues
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows 11, and hardware troubleshooting is beneficial
- ITIL4 Foundation certification required
- Ability to provide training and support to end users
