In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules. You will gather and analyze requirements, map business processes, and translate them into functional workflows and user stories that enhance operational efficiency. The position involves close collaboration with developers and architects, supporting configuration, dashboards, reports, and UAT activities. You will also provide end-user training, identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensure high-quality delivery.
