The Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow AI Tester with a strong development background, not a pure manual tester. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with ServiceNow development, capable of writing and maintaining ATFs (Automated Test Frameworks), and comfortable with scripting and automation testing in a ServiceNow environment, including AI-enabled workflows.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow ATFs (Automated Test Framework)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
• Good understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Custom Apps, etc.)
• Experience testing custom workflows, integrations, and AI-driven features
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to think like a developer and test like an engineer

What you Bring Along

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer

Education:

• A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science or relevant field 
• 3+ years ServiceNow testing experience or in related field

Certification:

• ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)
• CSTE (Certified Test Engineer)
• CSA
