About This Position:

INflow Federal is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support our Navy program. NNSY’s mission is to safely return warships to the Fleet on time and within budget. In this role, you will support the design, development, administration, and maintenance of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that enable enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, and business process modernization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, content types, and site collections in both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.
  • Administer SharePoint environments, including user permissions, security controls, and governance practices.
  • Configure and manage SharePoint sites, document management systems, and collaboration solutions.
  • Utilize SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Power Automate to design and automate workflows.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions, including both Canvas apps and Model-driven apps.
  • Create and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and integrate with data sources such as SQL, SharePoint, and third-party APIs.
  • Connect Power Apps solutions to multiple data sources, leveraging Common Data Service (Dataverse) and implementing business rules within applications.
  • Develop client-side solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular in conjunction with SharePoint and Power Apps.
  • Develop custom SharePoint and Power Apps integrations using REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SharePoint and Power Apps environments, including performance optimization, error diagnosis, and remediation.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure the stability, security, and availability of SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.
  • Required Skills

  • Proven experience developing, deploying, and maintaining SharePoint solutions in both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments
  • Strong experience administering SharePoint environments, including permissions, security controls, and governance practices
  • Hands-on expertise designing and developing Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
  • Proficiency creating and managing Power Automate workflows to streamline and integrate business processes
  • Experience developing client-side SharePoint solutions using SPFx and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React or Angular)
  • Ability to integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with multiple data sources, including Dataverse, SQL, REST APIs, and third-party services
  • Strong skills in web technologies and scripting, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery
  • Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining SharePoint and Power Apps environments for performance, stability, and security
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance, updates, and lifecycle support across development, test, and production environments
  • Education & Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (or a IAT Level II certification)
  • 7 years of SharePoint or Power Apps experience (3 years specialized)
  • Desired Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer
  • Other relevant Microsoft or SharePoint/Power Platform certifications
  • Clearance Requirements

  • DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
