Description::

ACT1 Federal is looking for a candidate to provide remote IT support to the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies (TSC), located in Anchorage, AK. Work within the Mission Support Division to design and set up MS Teams and shared file structures in TSC's GCC High IL-4 information system, to include building and applying low coding applications on this information system.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establishing MS Teams “teams” and “channels” structure with proper access controls and data connectivity in a new GCC High IL-4 IS.
  • Working under the direction of the TSC IT Supervisor and in coordination with MSD leadership to establish the TSC IS information structure.
  • Implementing zero trust principles within MS Teams and the MS 365 environment.
  • Building and apply low coding applications on the TSC IS in order to meet the needs of TSC divisions.

Deliverables:

  • Designing and establish MS Teams framework model
  • Setting up role-based access controls on the shared file system
  • Training and enabling access controls for TSC IT
  • Receiving all requests for application development; develop and test all applications and access controls in coordination with TSC stakeholders

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 GCC High experience and/or certifications
  • MS Teams and M365 proficiency including in the MS Azure environment
  • MS SharePoint experience and/or certifications
  • MS Power Automate experience and/or certifications
  • Azure AD / MS Entra ID experience and/or certifications
  • NIST 800-53 experience
  • Powershell experience
  • Knowledge using MS products for collaboration within the MS Teams environment
  • Knowledge of NARA record keeping requirements
  • Understanding of Zero Trust principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in file migration
  • Experience working in Department of War information systems
