Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with purchases in a friendly manner.
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Issue EFD receipts for every sale.
Process cash and card transactions accurately.
Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Uphold shop safety and hygiene standards.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Certificate/ Diploma.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Honest, polite, and presentable.
Experience in retail is an added advantage.
