Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering functions, ensuring equipment maintains maximum efficiency and uptime.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to increase the lifespan and effectiveness of machinery.
• Collaborate with production management to enhance operational workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and foster a safety-first culture.
• Prepare and manage budgets for engineering operations.
• Identify areas for innovation and process improvements aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering management within the food production or FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems relevant to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in guiding engineering teams.
• Ability to manage projects effectively and deliver results on time.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and financial data analysis.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
