Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately using the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical information for customers.
