Social Media & Content Implementation Assistant

About the Role Keep two brands active and polished online (travel concierge + jewelry/events). You’ll implement the founder’s direction—scheduling posts, sourcing/curating images, formatting carousels/reels, and keeping content calendars moving across Instagram and other channels. Key Responsibilities ● Posting & scheduling: Draft captions, format hashtags, and schedule across Instagram (including direct login to post on the founder’s accounts), Facebook, and LinkedIn as needed. ● Content curation: Pull images from provided albums and ethically source additional visuals for travel “top lists” (hotels, restaurants, destinations); ensure usage rights/credit as directed. ● Light creation/layout: Build simple reels/carousels, stories, and highlight covers (Canva/CapCut or similar). ● Calendars & automation: Maintain weekly/monthly content calendars; set reminders; queue posts with Meta Business Suite or equivalent. ● Asset organization: Keep shared folders tidy (by brand, theme, date); maintain a lightweight content index (what/where/when posted). ● Community hygiene: Monitor comments/DMs during overlap hours; tag/route items needing founder response. ● Metrics snapshots: Provide simple weekly summaries (posts, reach, saves, profile visits, link clicks) and quick ideas for iteration. Qualifications ● 3+ years social media implementation for lifestyle, travel, hospitality, or consumer brands. ● Proficient with Instagram (feed, stories, reels), Meta Business Suite, and basic video tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar). ● Confident logging in and posting directly to personal/brand accounts with high discretion. ● Strong visual taste; fast, clean execution; detail-oriented with spelling/grammar. ● Comfortable working from founder direction while keeping schedules on track. Nice to Have ● Light blog formatting (Squarespace/WordPress) and link-in-bio upkeep. ● Basic SEO for captions/blog snippets. ● Experience compiling destination “top lists” and travel roundups
