Position Overview We’re looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven, and organized Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. Your mission is to turn content into conversions — leveraging Instagram, TikTok, SEO, and automation tools to funnel traffic to our website’s “Book Now” page and convert it into new athletes at the clinic. You must be fluent in short-form video trends, deeply organized, and confident building and adapting digital systems. You’ll be in charge of content strategy, analytics, web funnel optimization, and light technical automation across our tools and platforms. Think of this as a mix between content marketing, growth hacking, and digital operations — all in one. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Content Build and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Stay on top of trends and tailor content to our brand, niche, and audience. Partner with doctors and performance specialists to turn ideas into reels, carousels, and stories. Analytics & Optimization Track key KPIs: audience growth, engagement, clicks to “Book Now,” SEO rankings, etc. Use Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite to refine our social strategy. A/B test creative, posting times, and CTAs to maximize engagement and conversions. SEO & Web Conversions Optimize website pages for traffic and conversions using keyword research, metadata, and clean formatting. Work with team to build, test, and improve high-converting anding pages. Tech & Automation Integrate and automate workflows using tools like ChatGPT API, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Google Sheets, and Notion. Troubleshoot and build custom flows to streamline tasks, alerts, content scheduling, or CRM triggers. Confidently figure out tech solutions independently — if it’s digital, you can learn it. 🧾 Content Systems & Organization Maintain an organized content library with versioning, scheduling, and storage in Notion or GDrive. Own and optimize internal documentation and planning systems using Notion. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Have 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy. Have a strong tech background — you’re fluent in tools, integrations, automations, and can teach yourself what you don’t yet know. Have excellent English language proficiency — both written and verbal. You understand tone, copywriting, and effective communication. Love working independently with high trust and clear deliverables. Are excited by growth, feedback, and building something meaningful in health and performance. Basic video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Email marketing (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)CRM - Hubspot Experience working with a medical or fitness brand
