Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and technically strong Social Media Manager to lead and manage multi-platform content rollouts for a boutique creative agency. You'll play a critical role in distributing high-end media productions across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while serving as a direct point of contact with clients in real estate, hospitality, and design industries.

This is a role for someone who blends platform expertise with client-facing finesse—you’ll own content distribution, support paid campaign execution, and be a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

📆 Platform Management & Scheduling

• Manage day-to-day content distribution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure timely rollout of client assets
• Support paid distribution and ad execution tied to each campaign

✍️ Client Communication & Collaboration

• Join client calls to gather inputs, manage expectations, and share performance reports
• Coordinate with internal production teams and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables
• Maintain clear and proactive communication across all accounts

🔧 Technical Optimization & Reporting

• Apply technical expertise on backend tools (YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn)
• Monitor performance data, optimize campaigns, and adjust strategies based on insights
• Assist in managing ad delivery mechanics and understanding distribution KPIs

✅ Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital content distribution
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn backend tools
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, including calls and campaign reviews
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
• Able to balance creative vision with technical execution for high-end brand content
