Job Title: Social Media Manager (Healthcare Industry)

Remote VA PH is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and brand standards.

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with healthcare marketing goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
• Manage content calendars and campaign timelines.
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages while responding in a professional, HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and compliance teams for content approvals.
• Ensure all content follows healthcare regulations (HIPAA, patient privacy, medical advertising guidelines).
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated on healthcare trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in healthcare, medical, or wellness industries.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare advertising standards.
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret analytics and optimize content strategies.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
