Role Overview
The Social Media Manager / Video Editor – Talent Marketing is responsible for managing and growing the company’s talent-facing social media presence while creating engaging video and visual content that strengthens employer branding and attracts applicants. This role combines social media strategy, content planning, brand storytelling, and video editing to promote the company as an employer of choice.
This person will lead the execution of recruitment-focused social media campaigns, create and edit short-form and long-form video content, and ensure that all digital content aligns with the company’s brand, hiring priorities, and audience interests.
